Cedar & James Provides
Cosmetic dermal therapies, cosmetic procedures and cosmeceutical science and education providing top medical grade skincare to cater for each of our clients individual needs. Our scope of practice includes, laser and light based therapies, epidermal resurfacing procedures and micro-needling.

Booking Appointments
Please be courteous when making a booking as last minute cancellations
or no shows can be detrimental for our business, by not allowing sufficient time to fill the appointment & causing other clients to miss out on their preferable times such as evenings & weekends.

Bookings & Cancellation Policies
In order to secure all appointment times, we may require up to a $100 deposit that will either be deducted from the total service amount after the commencement of your treatment or held as a deposit for your next appointment when rebooking. Appointments missed or rescheduled less then 24 hours before the appointment will result in a $50 fee. To reschedule appointments please call me (insert new phone) Another option is to leave credit card details to secure all future appointments with us.
No shows may be charged the full booked service amount unless this is explained as an emergency that could not be helped. We will not except any future bookings and may take legal action if cancelation fees have not been met.

Parking is provided out the front of the property. This has been designed and is dedicated just for you. If by the off chance it is not available, there is ample free parking across the road.

Cedar and James will not provide exchanges or refunds.

Faulty Or Defective Products
Any purchases proven to be faulty or defective may be replaced, although money will not be refunded. Contact Cedar and James as soon as possible if you suspect your product is defective.
